Ann Ferguson, LLC, originated as Klara Madlin Real Estate, LLC in 1984, where owner Ann Ferguson was most recently the principal broker and managing partner. With her mentor, Klara Madlin, and their existing team, Ann Ferguson, LLC, is continuing the tradition of personalized service with exceptional results.

Ferguson embarked on her residential real estate career in 1999 after joining Klara Madlin Real Estate in New York City. Previously, Ferguson had a decade-long career in global marketing for Warner Bros., Atlantic, and Interscope Records, working with talented musicians, actors, and entertainment executives worldwide. This experience proved to be the perfect preparation for representing global buyers, sellers, landlords, developers and tenants in New York City.
In 2004, Ferguson became a partner in Klara Madlin Real Estate and has most recently been the Managing Partner and Principal Broker for the company since 2014.
