PHOENIX, Aug. 2, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The 2018 Staylisted Business Scholarship recipient is Xiangyan (Zoey) Wang. Mrs. Wang is attending the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business. She is pursuing her CPA and a bachelors in Accounting. At her university, Mrs. Wang is the lead tutor for the Accounting and Business center and she enjoys volunteering her time to assist her peers in reaching their goals.
Born in a small village in China, Mrs. Wang is a first-generation college student, saying that education and opportunity are precious to her.
Mrs. Wang submitted a completed application that included a well-written and moving essay describing her journey and future career aspirations. She has maintained a 3.98 GPA and remained on the Dean's List throughout her college career at UW. We are very proud to name her our first Staylisted Business Scholarship winner.
We received several strong applications from business students throughout the United States. It was a difficult decision, but the selection of Mrs. Wang was made after a lengthy review process. We wish her all the best in her future studies.
