Announcing Winners of The Tempest Esports Business Awards
Inaugural Awards Program Honors the Industry's Top Talent at the Esports Arena Las Vegas
NEW YORK, Oct. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The best and brightest in esports gathered at the Esports Arena Las Vegas on Tuesday night to celebrate the winners and honorable mentions of the Tempest Esports Business Awards. The inaugural event, presented by Access Intelligence brands: Chief Marketer, Cynopsis and Event Marketer, honored over 60 frontrunners from around the industry, with 19 winners, 12 Watch List honorees and 2 Tempest Hall of Fame inductees. The event kicked off with a networking and cocktail reception, where esports elite were able to mix and mingle in anticipation of the awards program, which was followed by a lively after-party.
On hand to help with presenting duties were: Richard Lewis (Director of Talent, ESP Gaming), Doug "Censor Martin (content creator and professional Call of Duty player), Sheila "Pterodactyl" Weidman (streamer & content director, Optic Gaming), Michele Morrow (host, producer and actress) and Overwatch League's Chris Puckett (deck host) and Christopher "Monte Cristo" Mykles (analyst).
