Anomet Clad Metal Products can combine up to three layers of materials to provide specific properties such as high conductivity, optimum corrosion resistance, and superior performance in extreme temperatures. Available as rod, wire, and ribbon, these clad products are custom manufactured for specific applications such as fuel cells with nickel clad copper and other alloys providing extreme corrosion resistance along with high conductivity.

Featuring a metallurgical bond(s) stronger than the weaker material, Anomet Clad Metal Products for fuel cell applications typically include copper and silver core materials and inconel, Kovar®, nickel-iron, niobium, Nitinol®, molybdenum, stainless steel, tantalum, and titanium external layers. Incorporating 2% or more cladding thickness, wire and rod are offered in sizes from 0.004” to 2.00” O.D. and the ribbon is 1.00” wide.

Anomet Clad Metal Products are typically 10 times less expensive than solid precious metal products. Price quotations and samples are available.
