Anomet has introduced Precious Metal Clad Products that are metallurgically bonded and can be fabricated in a variety of configurations providing greater ductility and formability than electroplated products to meet demanding applications.

Typically incorporating 2% or more cladding thickness, Anomet Precious Metal Clad Products are uniformly dense and will not crack or flake.

Featuring smooth, pin hole-free surfaces, metal clad composite wire, rod, and ribbon can be formulated to withstand extremes such as high temperatures and corrosion-resistance and also comply with RoHS and REACH requirements.

Anomet Products has introduced customized metal wire that can be optimized for a wide range of electronic applications based upon the required design properties such as corrosion-resistance.

Anomet Precious Metal Clad Products are metallurgically bonded and can be fabricated in a variety of configurations providing greater ductility and formability than electroplated products to meet demanding applications. Featuring smooth, pin hole-free surfaces, metal clad composite wire, rod, and ribbon can be formulated to withstand extremes such as high temperatures and corrosion-resistance and also comply with RoHS and REACH requirements.

Typically incorporating 2% or more cladding thickness, Anomet Precious Metal Clad Products are uniformly dense, will not crack or flake, and can be fabricated as wire in sizes from 0.002” to 0.125” O.D. and as ribbon up to 0.5” W. Precious metals can include platinum, palladium, gold or silver, and related alloys on core substrates such as stainless steel, molybdenum, titanium, tantalum, niobium, copper, and nickel-iron.

Anomet Precious Metal Clad Products are priced according to materials and configuration and are approximately one-tenth the cost of solid products.
