Anthony's Pronto Kitchen Supports 'A Night in Roma' Hosted By Nova Southeastern University to Benefit The Tony Segreto Athletic Scholarship Fund
Italy comes to South Florida: On Tuesday, October 15, Anthony's Pronto Kitchen, the new Italian takeout and delivery only concept in Fort Lauderdale, will attend Nova Southeastern University's 9th Annual "Night in Roma" benefitting The Tony Segreto Athletics Scholarship Fund.
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 15, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Italy comes to South Florida: On Tuesday, October 15, Anthony's Pronto Kitchen, the new Italian takeout and delivery only concept in Fort Lauderdale, will attend Nova Southeastern University's 9th Annual "Night in Roma" benefitting The Tony Segreto Athletics Scholarship Fund.
The evening will consist of NSU's version of New York's Mulberry Street. Nova's Rick Case Arena will be turned into an indoor Italian Festival lined with food tables from renowned local Italian restaurants such as Anthony's Pronto Kitchen, Anthony's Runway 84, Andy's Live Fire Grill & Bar, and complemented by desserts from Mimi's Ravioli and espresso from Café Ala Carte. The festival will also include Italian beer and wine bars, live entertainment, and bocce ball. Proceeds at A Night in Roma will go to the Tony Segreto Athletic Scholarship Fund, directly benefitting student-athletes at NSU.
The fund is named after the longtime South Florida NBC6 broadcaster, Tony Segreto, who has been an avid supporter and ambassador of the NSU athletic program for many years, chair of the Athletic Advisory Council, and NSU Trustee.
The Tony Segreto Athletics Scholarship has generated over $100,000 for student-athlete scholarships at NSU.
The event takes place on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 6 p.m. in the Rick Case Arena on NSU's main campus in Davie (3301 College Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33314).
