AntiGravity® Fitness Arrives onto the fitness scene in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand
Mount Maunganui, Bay Of Plenty (PRWEB) June 11, 2015 -- Originally inspired by Cirque Du Soleil, the movements used in Anti Gravity ® Fitness are specifically designed to be used in the ceiling strung hammocks used in class. The hammocks are used to provide resistance for increased strength, flexibility and weight loss whilst students are guided through a graceful and exciting workout.
Classes are an hour long and will include a 'flow' of specific movements guided by Anti Gravity ® Certified Instructors.
Louise Kirkham, owner and Certified Anti Gravity® Teacher says, “I can't wait to bring Anti Gravity® to Mount Maunganui. I used Anti Gravity® Fitness as a method to lose 24kgs of baby weight and I feel stronger and more flexible every time I practice. Now I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with my classes.”
Anti Gravity® Fitness has received some serious media attention. Mariah Carey, Pink, Gweneth Paltrow and Richard Branson have all experienced the benefits. The hammocks can be recognised in many famous musicians opening acts as a visually stunning performance in their own right.
