AOTMP® Industry Awards and People's Choice Awards represent the enterprises and vendors driving successful, inspiring, and impactful initiatives and programs that are driving the telecom, mobility, and information technology industry forward.

Dell, a multinational computer technology company, was awarded the enterprise award for Telecom/Mobility/IT Management Center of Excellence. This award recognizes an enterprise that illustrates dedication to continuous process improvement practices driving technical, financial and operational efficiency.
Cisco Systems, a multinational technology conglomerate, was awarded the enterprise award for Efficiency First® Performance. This award recognizes the enterprise that best illustrates Telecom/Mobility/IT Management Center of Excellence principles based on results of the Efficiency First® Framework Performance Scoring estimates.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a multinational religious organization, and Accenture, a global management consulting and professional services firm that provides strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations services, were awarded the enterprise awards for AOTMP® University Certification Excellence. This award recognizes the enterprise that earned the most AOTMP® Professional Certifications and Specialty Certifications over the past year.
MDSL, a global technology expense management firm, was awarded the vendor award for the Hottest New Solution. This award recognizes the most progressive new telecom solution introduced by a vendor in the past year.
One Source Communications, a communications lifecycle management firm, was awarded the vendor award for the Best Customer Success Program. This award recognizes the vendor that delivered the best value and customer experience program over the past year.
NEOBIS, a communications and IT service lifecycle management firm based in Santiago, Chile, was awarded the vendor award for Top Value Proposition. This award recognizes a vendor's solution with the most compelling enterprise value proposition in the telecom/mobility/IT management industry.
Sakon, a global communications ecosystem management firm, was awarded the vendor award for Outstanding Case Study. This award recognizes the vendor with the most compelling customer case study.
Dimension Data, a global information technology services firm based in Johannesburg, South Africa, was awarded the vendor award for Rising Star. This award recognizes the vendor or solution with the most promise for delivering significant value to customers in the telecom/mobility/IT management ecosystem.
Industry Awards winners are nominated by enterprise clients and their peers and selected by a panel of telecom, mobility, and information technology management experts. Nominations were open to all vendor categories, including services vendors, carriers/operators, software vendors, equipment/device vendors, and system integrators/VARs.
