AP Selected to Build New USPI Medical Office Building in Southlake
Richardson, TX (PRWEB) June 15, 2016 -- Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) was recently selected to build a new Medical Office in Southlake, located near the intersection of East Southlake Blvd. and Tower Road Parkway.
Developed by USPI and designed by E4H Architects, this project includes a ground up two-story MOB with approximately 46KSF. The first floor will be finished out with the second floor readied for future office.
“AP is excited to build on our existing relationship with USPI and E4H Architects,” said Corbett Nichter, Senior Vice President with AP. “We have extensive experience building in Southlake and we are excited to undertake a new project to provide additional office space within the Southlake community.”
AP is currently building a similar project with USPI and E4H Architects in Midland, which includes a new, 52,000 SF, fully finished medical office building, as well as a 4,424SF expansion to USPI’s adjacent Texas Surgery Center (TSC).
Construction will commence in August 2016 with final completion scheduled for August 2017.
