Apex Learning Appoints Wade Pfeiffer as Company’s Chief Financial Officer

Pfeiffer will be responsible for strategic and tactical matters as they relate to the fiscal functions of the company.
Prior to joining Apex Learning, Pfeiffer spent more than two decades in the technology industry and many of those years in financial leadership positions with companies including: Novinium, Safeharbor Knowledge Solutions, nGenera Corp (now Moxie Software), Talisma Corporation and Ernst & Young. Throughout his career, Pfeiffer has been involved in mergers and acquisitions and raised more than $50 million in equity.
