Combination expands Aprio's Georgia footprint
ATLANTA, Sept. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Aprio, LLP, a nationally-recognized, full-service, CPA-led business advisory firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, announced today that it has combined with Magoon, Freeman, Spain & Jones, LLC (MFSJ), a certified public accounting firm located in Alpharetta, Georgia, effective Sept. 1, 2018.
MFSJ is a boutique accounting firm serving closely-held businesses, non-profit organizations and individual clients for more than 40 years. Aprio's combination with MFSJ will grow the firm's Atlanta footprint by creating a presence in North Fulton and increase the firm's retirement plan business by 15 percent. MFSJ's clients will benefit from Aprio's comprehensive range of services, depth of specialization and industry expertise.
