Last year, Aptitude reinvested 34% of revenue in product R&D and plans to continue that level of investment into the future. The Wroclaw office has grown 12% over the last two years and is ramping up recruitment further to support product development and company growth. Openings include business analysts, test engineers, technical authors, software architects and developers, and cloud engineers. Aptitude is confident the investment in the center will help attract additional, highly talented candidates from the pool of tech professionals in the region.
