Aragon Research identifies fifteen major providers in its first edition of the Aragon Research Globe for Sales Coaching and Learning, 2020, published today. In 2019, this market was evaluated using the Aragon Research Tech Spectrum methodology, but has matured enough to warrant a Globe report. The report states that the demand for better onboarding and training of sales teams has led the sales coaching and learning (SCL) market to take off.

With the rise of remote work in the post-pandemic era, the need for digital selling has never been greater. This puts pressure on sales teams to perform at the same or greater levels than before, which means providing sales associates with better and regular training is no longer optional. The investment that sales teams make in sales training will be returned five times over via higher sales and shorter sales cycles.
