MEBANE, N.C., Jan. 10, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- ARCA, a leading provider of cash and check automation technology for financial and retail businesses, is pleased to announce the hiring of Shawn Kruger as its Global Retail Leader. Kruger has over three decades of experience in product development and sales strategy for new and existing technology, software and service product lines. She will be joining the ARCA Global Commercial Operations team led by David Griffin.
Kruger comes to ARCA most recently as a private consultant providing guidance in cash management automation solutions. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of FireKing Security Group, leading a team responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining requirements and use cases in developing new products and service offerings. Kruger was in charge of direct product launch plans that ensured full organizational readiness in sales, marketing, customer advocacy, call centers, field service technicians and technical support. She launched four new products in 12 months, including cash recycling technology.
Kruger has served as Vice President, Product Management & Cash Operations for GardaWorld Cash Services, where she led the design and execution of all cash vault products and services. There she lead a team responsible for developing new products and services and reviewing all back-end functions and processes. Kruger has held leadership positions at Brink's, Open Solutions, rCash, Sterling Commerce, BancTec and Bank One.

Kruger is from Columbus, Ohio and studied Finance at Ohio State University. She has completed MBA coursework in Marketing at University of Dayton. Kruger currently lives in Dallas, TX and will relocate to Mebane.
