Farrell has more than 13 years of legal experience and is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He counsels and advises employers in a full range of legal and business issues including employee discipline and termination, pay structures, employment contracts, internal investigations and compliance with labor and employment laws. Farrell has substantial experience advising employers regarding compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and designing headcount reduction programs to help clients minimize risk.
