ArchiveSocial, the #1 provider of social media archiving software for government entities, law enforcement agencies and K-12 school districts, today announced two key additions to the senior leadership team. Ray Carey and Brian Carter join as chief executive officer and senior vice president, sales and marketing, respectively. Additionally, ArchiveSocial’s founder, Anil Chawla, has stepped into the role of executive chairman of the board to provide strategic vision and direction for the company.

“The expanding use of social media by government and K-12 institutions coupled with the increasingly challenging regulatory and legal environment have created a massive demand for ArchiveSocial’s software,” said Chawla. “Ray has both the outstanding track record and sense of humor to scale and expand upon all that has driven ArchiveSocial's success to-date. Brian is equally a perfect fit for our culture and brings immense expertise in accelerating and increasing value to customers in the public sector markets.”

Carey has a decade of experience growing established SaaS companies in the role of CEO both at Astute Solutions and NeoNova Networks. In both cases, Carey significantly scaled the companies to expand the employee and customer base, drive a positive impact on the community and deliver great outcomes for investors. Carter joins ArchiveSocial from Dude Solutions, Inc. where he was the senior vice president of sales. During his time at Dude, Carter helped scale the company to over $100M in annual revenue.

Continued Chawla, “Our ability to recruit these two talented and successful team members underscores the attractiveness of the company we’ve built and the ongoing success of ArchiveSocial.”

“Open and transparent communication has been the common factor in creating high-functioning teams and great outcomes at the organizations I have had the opportunity to work with and grow,” said Carey. “I was thrilled to find a company I am so well aligned with, a company whose whole mission is to empower and protect open dialogue. The work ArchiveSocial does is critical to our public institutions and Brian and I are proud to join a team dedicated to such an important mission.”
