Experienced finance executive brings more than two decades of leadership across public, private equity-backed and founder-owned companies as ARG builds for its next stage of growth
MCLEAN, Va., Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- ARG, a leading technology advisory and consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Sara Shockley as Chief Financial Officer. Shockley will lead ARG's finance and accounting organization as the company continues investing in the leadership, systems and infrastructure required to support its next stage of growth.
Shockley brings more than two decades of finance and accounting leadership experience across public, private equity-backed and founder-owned companies. Her background spans accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, capital strategy and M&A. Prior to joining ARG, Shockley served as Chief Financial Officer of Ubique Group and held senior finance leadership roles at HD Supply, PGA TOUR Superstore and American Tower Corporation. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations navigate significant growth and increasing complexity, including acquisitions, a $3 billion reverse merger and a period in which a business doubled in size.

As CFO, Shockley will oversee ARG's finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury and tax. She will work across the organization to strengthen financial visibility, enhance planning and decision support, and continue building a finance organization capable of supporting ARG as it grows in both scale and complexity.
