For more than 50 years, the Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) has been offering cooperative purchasing services. Now named Choice Partners connects purchasing members in government, education, and non-profit sectors with approved vendors. This streamlines what used to be a time-consuming, inefficient bidding and purchasing process.
