A community celebration of performances and visual art honoring the talents and artistry of neurodivergent individuals across Arizona.
PHOENIX, Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Arizona Autism United (AZA United) is proud to announce the 3rd Annual Spectrum of Dreams, a vibrant community celebration honoring the individuality and dedication of people with autism and other developmental disabilities and shining a light on the many ways they enrich the community. The event takes place Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at The Madison Center for the Arts.
The only event of its kind in Arizona, Spectrum of Dreams was created to give individuals on the autism spectrum a platform where they can be seen, heard, and celebrated. Since its debut, the event has drawn hundreds of attendees each year, bringing local artists and performers together for an evening centered on connection and belonging.
For performers, Spectrum of Dreams offers a rare opportunity to step outside their comfort zones, build new skills, and share their gifts with a live audience, many for the first time. "I loved sharing my song with others, and I am so grateful that you helped me not only become a better performer but a more confident man," said one past participant.
Among this year's lineup are several notable guests. Michael Wayne O'Neill, a young advocate, storyteller, and host of The MWO Show and co-founder of Inspiration Station of America, will serve as emcee. The evening also welcomes back Joe Giacinto, a blind autistic clarinetist who has performed the national anthem for the Arizona Diamondbacks and Atlanta Hawks, along with competitive divers Gage and Gavin Sprintz, who will tell their inspiring stories from the stage.
Spectrum of Dreams is open to the public. The community is invited to be part of this extraordinary celebration of talent, achievement, and self-expression, honoring the talents and perspectives that make it stronger. Proceeds support AZA United's mission to empower individuals and families across Arizona.
