It combines customer feedback and other service excellence performance metrics throughout the moving process to determine whether the agent has met the high-quality criteria.
Arpin of Rhode Island takes home the Bronze Hauling Award in 2020
Although the household goods moving sector in the United States was forecast for a 21.4% decline in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Arpin of Rhode Island was able to keep its crews working and moving families throughout the year; ultimately earning Arpin Van Lines' Bronze Hauling Award for 2020. Arpin of Rhode Island is one of only nine Arpin Van Lines' agencies to achieve the Bronze Hauling Award in 2020.
