Arruda Real Estate Merges With William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty

MYSTIC, Conn., Oct. 5, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty today announced that the firm has expanded its reach in New London County in a merge with local real estate boutique firm Arruda Real Estate. Jon Arruda and 13 more Arruda sales associates, as well as four additional agents for a total of 18 agents, will now work with William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty in Mystic, operating out of Arruda's former offices at 41 Williams Avenue.

The company will host a special grand opening celebratory event at the new brokerage location on October 7, 2021. Agents will have the opportunity to mingle and network with the company's senior leadership as well as members of the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce and local dignitaries who will also be in attendance.

William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty said the merger was part of a larger strategic move to grow its presence in New London County and along the Connecticut Shoreline. In May, the firm opened a new highly visible office location in Niantic. The Mystic brokerage now joins the firm's Niantic and Old Lyme brokerages to become its third New London County location, and its 27th brokerage overall.

The Mystic brokerage manager will be Heather Gagnon, who also serves as the manager for the company's Old Lyme and Niantic brokerages.
