New sleek furnishings, guestroom amenities and other technology enhancements are the latest touches added to the hotel's colorful palette. - New big screen HDTVs
- New iHome alarm clocks
- New guest bathroom fixtures
- New plants in the lobby, entrance and outside the hotel
- New security gate for the hotel's private parking lot
- New tuckpointing and brickwork to the hotel's exterior walls
- New business center computing options
- New lobby coffee station with premium offerings (coming in 2020)
In addition, Hotel Chicago West Loop's Annex art initiative also expanded recently in 2019 when it introduced the "Shirley Ryan AbilityLab Showcase" – a strong and meaningful reflection of the hotel's support of the local arts and medical communities. In partnership with Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, the global leader in physical medicine and rehabilitation for adults and children, the rotating exhibit adorns select guest hallways with dozens of pieces of art by patients with functional impairments.
