Mr. Jackson will lead the engineering, IT, and product development teams for Arterra Mobility, a division of Kajeet, Inc®.

Mr. Jackson comes to Arterra with more than 30 years of experience in the IT and telecom industry. Most recently, he was senior vice president of engineering at Synchronoss, a provider of activation, cloud, and other services for the world-wide telecommunications industry. Prior to Synchronoss, Mr. Jackson held positions at Neustar and CyberCash. In addition, he has co-authored two patents, one which optimizes online payment transactions where the customer and merchant work in different currencies, and the second proposes a solution to eliminate DNS cache poisoning.
