Located at 2785 Iris Ave., Boulder, CO, Arugula is an independently owned restaurant established in 2009 by local University of Colorado graduate, Alec Schuler. Arugula has revamped its entire menu to provide an extensive selection of nibbles and small plates, and fresh meals for Boulder neighbors in a casual, family-friendly environment.

Offering Mediterranean-inspired new American cuisine in a full-service restaurant environment, Arugula also presents some of the best drinks and wines in town. Arugula provides something for everyone – small plates, shareable side plates, main meals, creative cocktails, extensive wine list, and local craft brews. Arugula uses fresh ingredients sourced from local Boulder farms. Arugula has also acquired its first ever fryer for burgers, fries, vegetarian arancini, and polenta fritters. An extensive and unique selection of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and gluten-free option meals are available.
Arugula offers a range of restaurant events including wine, whiskey, and beer pairing dinners, along with special pre-fixe menus for the holidays.
