As RPI Consultants Heightens Commitment to the Public Sector, Joe Hoover Joins the Company as National Director of Public Sector Services

Joe will bring focused oversight and decades-long experience to every aspect of RPI's Public Sector strategy and delivery. He will take direct responsibility for ensuring that the solutions RPI architects for their Public Sector partners meet the organizations' unique requirements and vertical best practices.

Joe comes to RPI from Information Services Group (ISG), where he served as a director providing leadership and advisory services for government clients around software selection, project management, delivery models, cost management, and process optimization. Previously, Joe was Public Sector Director of the Infor Practice at Ciber, Inc. and, prior to that, served as an Associate Partner for IBM Business Consulting Services. Over the course of his more than 25-year ERP career, he has successfully led a host of implementations and optimizations at state governments, large and small municipalities, private-public partnerships, as well as transit and transportation authorities. He is a recognized thought-leader in the Public Sector space with a variety of white papers and video presentations to his name.
