AS Solution Announces Tuition-Free Executive Protection Training for Qualified Candidates
BELLEVUE, Wash. (PRWEB) June 26, 2018 -- AS Solution, one of the world’s premiere providers of executive protection (EP) for major corporations and high net worth families, has announced that it will make some of its most sought-after EP courses tuition-free to qualified candidates.
The residential security and executive protection courses are designed specifically to facilitate transition for professionals with backgrounds in the military, law enforcement, and relevant government agencies into the EP industry.
“We need good people to fill good jobs,” explains Christian West, founder and CEO of AS Solution. “These courses are an ideal way to provide veterans, law enforcement officers, and other experienced professionals transitional training that will give them a stepping stone into the industry.”
The Residential Security Agent Program and the Executive Protection 2.0 courses will be offered by the AS Solution Global Training Academy tuition-free to qualified candidates.
HARD SKILLS ARE NECESSARY BUT NOT SUFFICIENT TO QUALIFY
West underscores that although the courses will be open to all, the selection process will be stringent.
“To be successful in EP, you need both hard and soft skills,” West points out. “There are plenty of vets and LEOs that have the hard skills in place, but we only want to train those who have the soft skills – things like emotional intelligence, collaborative and interpersonal skills. The people who demonstrate both are the ones who get and keep the best jobs.”

According to West, AS Solution Global Training Academy’s tuition-free transitional training will benefit both job-seekers looking to enter into the industry, AS Solution, and the industry itself.

We’re making transitional training tuition-free because we need a bigger pool of qualified candidates to fill available positions. Spend your G.I. bill on university degrees and whatever else you’re interested in, but not on transitional training for residential and executive protection. We’ve got your back on that.”
Course participants will be expected to have some financial skin in the game. Although all tuition fees for transitional courses will be waived, selected candidates will be expected to cover travel and accommodation costs. Some financial aid for these out-of-pocket costs may be available.
AS Solution Global Training Academy’s specialized courses in, for example, surveillance detection and covert protection, will still be tuition-based.
