NORCROSS, Ga., Aug. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Associate Degree in Criminal Justice online program at Ashworth College recently ranked No. 1 on a list of the best U.S.-based online criminal justice associate degree programs for 2018 according to OnlineAssociatesDegrees.net, a web-based guide for two-year online degrees.
To determine the rankings, criminal justice online programs were evaluated based on the ability of students to complete them in two years or less, accreditation, raw affordability, recognition in major publications like U.S. News and World Report, and features like transferability of credits and access to internship/externship opportunities. Data was gathered from the National Center for Education Statistics, an arm of the U.S. Department of Education and other sources.

More than 2,300 have graduated with a degree certificate, associate, bachelor's, or master's in Criminal Justice since 2001 when Ashworth College launched its first programs in the study area.
