ASRC Federal Names New General Council
Beltsville, Md. (PRWEB) August 10, 2015 -- ASRC Federal has selected Cliff Greenblatt as its new general counsel and chief compliance officer. Greenblatt has responsibility for all legal aspects of the ASRC Federal enterprise including Federal Acquisition Regulation compliance, government contract claims and litigation, labor-related issues, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

Greenblatt brings over 25 years of legal experience in the government services industry in areas ranging from conducting sales transactions, handling and resolving litigation and disputes, to managing intellectual property and assuring company compliance with federal procurement laws and regulations. He has been responsible for the legal representation of companies specializing in diverse technologies including systems engineering and integration, cyber, data analytics, space and intelligence missions and operations, and public safety.
Prior to joining ASRC Federal, Greenblatt was vice president, general counsel and secretary for TASC, Inc. where he served as an executive leader participating in company strategy development and as a business partner with all levels of company management. He brings a successful history of handling and negotiating corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions and financing, conducting due diligence, and preparing SEC filings.
Greenblatt earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from Washington College of Law, The American University.
