ASSA ABLOY has signed an agreement to sell HID's PKI business unit to Vista Equity Partners ("Vista").
STOCKHOLM, Oct. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The PKI business unit (Public Key Infrastructure) provides digital trust, identity, authentication, encryption, and certificate management solutions. The business unit includes PKI SaaS - IdenTrust and HydrantID - credential management, and ZeroSSL.
