To continue accelerating its rapid growth in the coming year, Assertive founder and CEO Nils Lind announces the expansion of their leadership team with the addition of industry veteran Ryan Abrahams as Chief Revenue Officer; Musarrat Bano as Head of Customer Success, and Katia Moura Rodrigues as Head of Marketing.

Accommodating this growth Assertive Yield has brought in advertising industry veteran Ryan Abrahams as Chief Revenue Officer. Ryan brings with him an illustrious career spanning two decades in ad tech and programmatic sales, holding various roles in companies such as Admeld, Amobee iMedia Brands, Synacor, and STAQ. Reporting directly to the CEO, Ryan will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and increasing sales, while optimizing the company’s brand and visibility within the publishing and advertising tech ecosystems.
Musarrat Bano will also help drive Assertive Yield’s growth as their Head of Customer Success. Her background in AdOps for companies like Alphabet, HCLTech, and Automatad will prove essential in the retention of current and future customers and ensuring all client-facing operations run smoothly throughout the company.
Katia Moura Rodrigues joins as Head of Marketing. For more than 18 years, Katia has built a reputation around her expertise in managing and overseeing strategic marketing for SaaS products and brands such as AbbVie, TIVIT Labs, Siemens, and Bayer. She will be responsible for building out Assertive Yield’s marketing department, structuring the team, and building the brand as part of the company’s expansion strategy which includes the U.S. market.
