NMHC names Asset Living the third-largest property manager in the U.S.
HOUSTON, April 10, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Asset Living has once again been recognized on the National Multifamily Housing Council's (NMHC) 2022 Top 50 List, an annual ranking of the country's largest apartment owners, managers, developers, builders, and syndicators. This year, Asset Living has secured the third spot on the list, jumping another spot from the fourth place ranking last year.

The NMHC Top 50 lists are compiled annually, with NMHC partnering with Kingsley Associates to provide research and analysis. All apartment owners, managers, developers, builders, and syndicators are invited to complete a survey questionnaire that asks about their prior year's activities. Apartment owners, managers, and syndicators are ranked based on their portfolio holdings as of January 1, 2023, while developers and builders are ranked based on the number of units started in 2022.
