AssetGenie, Inc. Donates COVID-19 Safety Supplies to Schools & Organizations in Need
AGI helped 100 school districts across the nation safeguard against COVID-19 by donating essential safety supply kits. Seeking to expand this effort, AGI now hopes to donate safety supplies to shelters and food kitchens to safeguard their staff and those in need.
GREENSBURG, Pa., Nov. 5, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- In seeing the budgetary needs of school districts across the country and the associated state shortfalls, AssetGenie, Inc. (AGI) has partnered with over 100 school districts in need of COVID-19 safety products by supplying COVID-19 safety kits. Kits included sanitizer, stands and dispensers, masks, and floor decals. AGI will continue donating masks and hand sanitizer throughout the 2020-2021 school year.
"Many schools are facing budget constraints while having the seemingly insurmountable task of sanitizing and safeguarding their schools against COVID-19. If the budget is not the chief constraint, they could be having a difficult time finding supplies. By donating these supplies, we are hoping to help schools in a very real and tangible way," said John Yetsconish, president of AGiRepair, a division of AGI.
As the virus surges in various states, AGI is seeking to expand this effort by donating safety supplies to homeless shelters, food kitchens, and women's shelters nationally.
"As the need for food and shelter surges, we understand the increased demand placed on food kitchens and shelters during the pandemic. As more people fill these places and human interaction increases, we want to support these organizations by safeguarding their staff and those in need against the virus," said Scott Dulon, president of AGParts Education, a division of AGI.
AGI hopes to partner with nonprofits by donating COVID-19 safety supplies so they can safely help as many people as possible.
