(TMG), a leading association management company dedicated to creating stronger communities and human connections to enhance global society for over 30 years, continues its growth with the addition of association executive Tim Bower, CAE to its leadership team. In his new role with TMG, Bower will oversee TMG's new service division, TMG Association Solutions Consulting.
"Anyone in association management in the Mid-Atlantic region knows the success that Tim has had over his 20 years in this industry," said TMG Chief Operating Officer Joe Sapp, MBA, CAE. "As we continue to grow and look at new opportunities, we evaluated what strategic leadership would be needed to grow this new service division. While developing the position description further, it became clear that Tim was an individual who would provide the leadership and skills we identified."
Tim joins TMG after spending 10 years growing his own association management company and several years within another Mid-Atlantic Based AMC where he managed business development and healthcare clients. Bower also served the United States while in the United States Navy, aboard the USS Wichita.

A graduate of Temple University, Tim earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives in 2009. An active member in both ASAE and the Mid-Atlantic Society of Association Executives (MASAE), he served as President of MASAE in 2015.
Tim resides in South Jersey with his wife Andrea and daughter Anna.
