Claire Weston, CEO of Reveal Biosciences, Sara Zaknoen, MD, Founder of Zed Strategic Consulting and Ruchika Rastogi, Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning at Illumina are the three newly elected directors, effective January 1, 2020.
