ATLANTA, June 18, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Inovity, an Atlanta-based business process improvement company and specialty IT systems integrator, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire IMCorp Inc., a Georgia corporation specializing in input, output and connectivity solutions to corporate users of information technology.
The private acquisition of IMCorp will allow Inovity to expand its client base and broaden its already diverse offering of data- and process-automation solutions by adding the expertise of IMCorp President, Robert (Bob) Lehman and IMCorp employees to Inovity's Atlanta team.
