About Atlanta Retirement Partners
Atlanta Retirement Partners (ARP) serves more than one hundred institutional retirement plans for various governmental, private and tax-exempt organizations. The firm's service philosophy is that "people come first." The success of an employee retirement program is measured by individual employee retirement outcomes.
In recent years, qualified plan administration has grown increasing complex, both for the plan sponsor and the participant. Atlanta Retirement Partners works with retirement plan sponsors to create and follow a process that seeks to both fulfill fiduciary responsibility and drive positive retirement outcomes. These efforts have helped promote more successful retirement programs, where employees better understand their retirement plan, their personal goals, and how today's decisions will impact their retirement. "That's why we take a very hands-on approach to employee education", Griffin notes, and it is one reason why Atlanta Retirement Partners has been recognized by PLANSPONSOR Magazine as the Retirement Plan Adviser Small Team of the Year for 2019 [1] and was named a Top DC Advisor Team in 2018 by The National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) [2].
Securities and Retirement Plan Consulting Program advisory services offered through LPL Financial, a registered investment advisor, Member FINRA/SIPC. [1] The PLANSPONSOR Retirement Plan Adviser of the Year includes finalists across four categories: individual, small team, large team and mega team. Judges look for advisory practices that employ industry best practices across a number of areas, including the implementation of auto enrollment, auto escalation and re-enrollment, especially at higher levels than the industry norms. Advisers that are successful in the award program need to demonstrate a commitment to outcomes-based measurement and encourage plan sponsor clients to create plans not that are just in the best interest of the company but are in the best interest of participants. Neither the advisors nor their parent firms pay a fee to PLANSPONSOR in exchange for the Retirement Plan Adviser of the Year award.
