Diona Potter was recently honored by two of the most respected attorney rating services. Super Lawyers Magazine named Potter a Rising Star for the fourth consecutive year, a distinction reserved for 2.5% of Georgia attorneys under the age of forty or practicing less than ten years. Selection is determined by the voting of other Georgia attorneys, as well as research conducted by the editorial team at Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters company.
Potter also earned the highest rating of 10.0/10.0 from Avvo, a well-respected attorney rating service that evaluates lawyers based on their qualifications, experience, and professional achievements. Potter is Senior Counsel at the Berry Family Law Group, which represents clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and child support cases.
Firm founder, Matt Berry, was not surprised by Potter’s selection to the esteemed lists. “Diona is a very strong advocate who understands how to produce winning results for our clients,” said Berry. “Her work ethic and skill inside and out of the courtroom are assets not only to our law practice, but also to the entire roster of family law practitioners in Georgia.”
Since graduating number one in her class at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, Potter has continued to earn the recognition of her colleagues. In December, she was named to the list of Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine, an honor based entirely on the voting of other attorneys in the State.
