The Atlantic Honda dealership of Long Island, New York offers a recommended service schedule to keep Honda models in the best of conditions for as long as possible. Promoted as Honda Recommended Maintenance, the following intervals and services are included with each service package.
The “A” Service includes an oil and filter change, a check and top off of all necessary fluids, a reset of the maintenance light, a multi-point inspection, a check and adjustment of tire pressure, a free alignment check and a complimentary car wash. The “A” Service costs $34.95 for 5W20 oil and $48.95 for 0W20 oil and is recommended every 3,750 to 5,000 miles.
In addition to the features of the “A” Service, the “B” Service includes a tire rotation, a balance of the front tires, an inspection, cleaning and adjustment of brakes, an inspection of wiper inserts, an inspection of exterior lights, a battery check and a cleaning of terminals. The “B” Service costs $159.95 and is recommended every $7,500 to 10,000 miles.
In addition to the features of the “A” and “B” Services, the “C” Service includes an inspection and adjustment of belts and hoses, a replacement of the engine air filter, an inspection of the HVAC cabin filter, a replacement of the wiper inserts, a lubrication of all doors, lock and hinges and an inspection of steering, suspension and exhaust components. The “C” Service costs $299.95 and is recommended every 12 months.
In addition to the features of the “A”, “B” and “C” Services, the “D” Service includes a transmission fluid service and cooling system fluid service. The “D” Service costs $454.95 and is recommended every 24 months.
