Each watch is constructed with Asahi glass, stainless steel buttons, and ultra-strong fiber reinforced polymers – culminating to a surprisingly ultra-light (31g) watch, yet incredibly strong for high-performance in all fitness and exercise. The watch features an always-on, sunlight-visible display with Atlas Body Sensing, smartwatch functionality, including smart notifications, daily activity and sleep tracking, as well as wrist-based heart rate and heart rate variability sensing.
In 2013, Atlas defined a new standard for strength training with the Atlas Wristband – the first exercise watch powered by machine learning to automatically recognize over 200 of the most popular exercises.
