They can choose to view specific employees, scheduled or not scheduled, by selecting filters, such as location, position, shift and skill. When employee schedules are changed, managers can repost the schedule to instantly notify those employees whose schedules have changed.
Managers can also address employee requests using their mobile devices. Within seconds, managers can respond to time-off, swap or cover requests, which can automatically update the schedule and communicate approvals or denials to employees.
