His practice focuses on corporate transactional work including mergers & acquisitions, all aspects of corporate organization and governance, commercial contracts, early stage venture capital and private equity financing transactions. He is also well versed in real estate transactions with a strong background in commercial purchase and sale transactions. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his JD from Harvard Law School. He also has an MBA from UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.
