Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Aubrey graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Political Science. Aubrey earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. While attending Tech Law, she served as the State Bar of Texas’s Senior Law School Representative. Upon receiving her law degree, Aubrey worked at Mills & Williams, L.L.P. in Dallas, Texas. While at the firm, she had the opportunity to assist in a high-profile federal jury trial in which the defendants were acquitted of all charges.
Aubrey is licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Court’s Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Active in the local legal community, she is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Young Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Aubrey was also named an Elite Lawyer for 2020.
