LOS ANGELES (PRWEB) March 22, 2019
Beth Schroeder, chair of Raines Feldman LLP's labor and employment practice group in Los Angeles and co-founder of the employment app kendr, was recently named to the distinguished list of the National Law Journal’s Employment Law Trailblazers for her work with kendr.
This prominent list recognizes legal professionals who have impacted employment law and the overall legal industry through new types of strategies and innovation.
As an employment defense lawyer who has spent 35 years looking for ways to help clients avoid expensive litigation, Beth imagined and created kendr as an innovative safe space for the workplace. The kendr app connects employees with their employers, promoting secure, discreet and anonymous workplace communication, and allows direct, instant connection to report ideas, questions or issues to their ownership or upper management. Questions are answered, harassment is reported, and morale increases when employees feel heard. Since its launch in January of 2018, businesses have been lining up to get on board, with clients now including flickr, SmugMug, Ohio State Bar Association, Roscoe’s Chicken ‘n’ Waffles, Pabst Blue Ribbon and more.
“I spent years working on all aspects of kendr's concept, purpose and technology to develop the various applications and uses, and I am thrilled to receive this recognition from the National Law Journal,” said Schroeder.
