(Western Division) Case No.16-cv-50103 (ADA failure to accommodate, discriminatory failure to RTW and termination, and common law workers’ compensation retaliatory failure to RTW and discharge): After approximately two hours of deliberation following nine days of trial, the jury found both Defendants liable on all claims and awarded the Plaintiff $316,000 in lost wages/benefits and compensatory damages as well as $3 million in punitive damages.
