Audience Generation, in collaboration with Integritas Communications, has been granted a Communicator Award of Distinction for the creative excellence of their documentary From Then To Now: A Story of Resilience.

The Communicator Award of Distinction was granted by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), a member- based organization of professionals within various disciplines of the visual arts. AIVA’s annual Communicator Awards is dedicated to recognizing excellence, effectiveness, and innovation across all areas of communication. Only honoring work exceeding industry standards of quality and achievement, Audience Generation received the award among over 5,000 entries.

From Then To Now: A Story of Resilience features Dr. Paul Volberding, a principal investigator of research heavily involved in the early AIDS epidemic in San Francisco. In the documentary, Dr. Volberding recalls the harrowing past of HIV/AIDS treatment.

“We’re thrilled to have collaborated with Integritas Communications and Dr. Volberding to share fifty years of HIV/AIDS history in five minutes,” said CEO of Audience Generation Matt Wayne. “We are truly humbled by the resilience and hard work by the healthcare community and caregivers who have battled HIV/AIDS to make it a more manageable disease today.”
