WAVE guests are invited to Book The Cook, selecting a protein from the MEATLOCKER to be cooked aboard using precision sous vide thermal techniques. FIRST guests are treated to a seasonal and geographically-unique menu of fusion tapas, offering a wide selection of warm dishes influenced by global cultures.
