Aureus Analytics offers an AI and data analytics platform that helps independent agencies leverage their data to grow and retain their business while delivering an improved customer experience to their policyholders.

Developed with leading insurance industry experts, DONNA was designed specifically for independent agencies and brokers to improve the customer experience of their policyholders. The SaaS-based AI platform was developed using machine learning, natural language processing, and natural language generation to measure customer sentiment during the customer journey and predict future outcomes.

The customer sentiment of every single policyholder is measured using the SentiMeter® score. SentiMeter® is a standardized metric using a scale of 0 to 100 to measure the customer experience of all policyholders.

DONNA connects with agencies’ applications to provide a 360-degree view of the customer journey based on the combination of unstructured and structured customer interaction data from external and internal data sources.
