The annual Best Places to Work initiative, sponsored by the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and Baird Holm, recognizes a select number of companies based on the results of surveys completed by the employees of participating organizations. The Sustained Excellence Award honors those organizations that participate in the survey for four consecutive years and rank first, second, or third in three consecutive years or the organization ranks in the survey eight of the last ten years.
