Recent release "Moose and Squirrel: The Adventures Begin!" from Page Publishing author Deb Langness is a charming children's book and the first in her new series celebrating the lifelong friendship of two unlikely companions.
PROVIDENCE, Utah, Feb. 24, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Deb Langness, a teacher, Gold Star mom, president of a nonprofit, and writer, has completed her new book "Moose and Squirrel: The Adventures Begin!": a sweet story inspired by the lasting and special friendship between her son and nephew.
The author shares, "'Moose and Squirrel: The Adventure Begins! was born when my son Christian first cried, and my brother asked me if he was crying or laughing. I responded that that was his cry, and he said it sounded like a moose in heat. The name stuck, and two months later, my nephew Jeremy was born close to half the size of my son. Moose had his Squirrel. It ended up with Moose at six feet four and Squirrel at five feet five. They spent their lives calling each other by those names, as well as the family, getting gifts and making references. I started writing the stories down when my son passed on March 12, 2019. The boys were so goofy and fun I didn't want the stories to end."
Published by Page Publishing, Deb Langness's engrossing tale is a delightful addition to any children's library.
Readers who wish to experience this engaging work can purchase "Moose and Squirrel: The Adventures Begin!" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes Store, Amazon, Google Play, or Barnes and Noble.
