Author Harry Jordan's new book "Learning to Drive on the Internet Superhighway" is a thought-provoking work offered to help readers navigate the choppy waters of the Web
Recent release "Learning to Drive on the Internet Superhighway" from Page Publishing author Harry Jordan is a fascinating exploration of the intersection between myriad aspects of modern human life- politics, society, a global pandemic, and a steadily worsening climate crisis- and the spread of (mis)information on the World Wide Web.
NEW YORK, Sept. 30, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Based on how people are responding to the corona virus pandemic further confirms what is discussed in this book. It is as if the human race is de-evolving (instead of evolving) per Darwin's theory of evolution. Parts of the body that are not being used are atrophying (e.g., ability to do simple math). This needs to reversed. If something more complex than masks, social distancing and vaccinations were needed, the population in its current state would not be able to do it. The book provides a roadmap for the target state.
What has been outlined here for target state had been proposed as part of a national IT roadmap to the Federal Reserve in 2008. Whether this 3P simplification for currency tracing using a unique key for digital wallets was not implemented because of religious discrimination or other reasons is unknown. Maybe there is some truth to the World Bank Whistleblower article about a mafia-like cartel of central bank leaders who have used the easy money they have been printing to put their own people in some of the most powerful positions around the world. Regardless, per the 1996 Clinger-Cohen Act, people can be sent to prison for faking job titles. Predictions made on what could happen, if the '08 proposal were not implemented have proven true with time. It was kind of biblical that the recent Hurricane Ida hit the riverbanks of Louisiana before winding itself to the financial banks of New York and flooding its subways. That too exactly 16 years to the day from Hurricane Katrina.
Printing more money every time a problem happens - be it the '08 financial mortgage crises or the covid-19 pandemic - will not help in achieving this target state. Even a monkey can be made to look smart as a President by printing more money. The job title of a President means much more than that. In spite of all the evidence on how uncontrolled printing of money in those 16 years since Hurricane Katrina has affected the environment, neither Presidents of countries, companies or even Federal Reserve will admit it. They will not acknowledge that it is making everyone appear rich on paper, but in fact these increasing deficits are further decreasing the very life of our planet - the only place that their children can call home for the foreseeable future.
It took our planet nearly 4 billion years to create the first 4 billion people, but only 40 years to create the next 3 billion. Each person has a body temperature of 98.6F. That heat is constantly being radiated and absorbed by other objects in the home and surrounding. This is because of the heat transfer coefficient of objects per the laws of thermodynamics. How much more (in)visible clutter from people and products can our planet sustain? Small changes can make a big difference in both health and wealth of individuals and nations.
Diet, air-conditioning, and the internet may be the most neglected factors as climate change modelers attempt to figure out why events that were supposed to happen eighty years from 2008 are happening today. The simulation app discussed in this book for example had shown that besides the holy cities of Mecca-Medina, two other cities in USA and India had a temperature lower than the forecast for the month and that they also received much-needed rains during summer month of Ramadan when 25 percent of the world population (Muslims) were doing fasting and extra prayers. Other similar simulation experiments are covered in the book. They provide additional scientific evidence to Japanese scientist Dr. Masaru Emoto's experiment showing connection between speaking, music and water (body and planet both have about the same percentage of water).
The "easy money" being pumped into the economy since the '08 financial mortgage crises has also allowed wrong people to rise up in organizations even though they were unable to fulfill the job titles and job descriptions they were hired for. Trump for example had declared bankruptcy six times between 1991 - 2009. If we were truly living in a capitalist economy, he wouldn't have survived six bankruptcies, leave alone become a President. The increasing cybersecurity breaches in USA does beg the question whether Russia is becoming smarter or if US is becoming dumber.
Economics 101 deals with scarcity. Scarcity is no longer about amount of man-made money printed in the world (more than $280 trillion just in world debt alone) or about the amount of other man-made products. It is about physical constraints like the amount of space we have in our home to store what we buy, or the number of landfills for garbage that our planet has to store what we discard or how much more plastics our oceans can take because of the consumer spending being done with all this money. It is about the amount of natural resources we have remaining like good quality air and water.
Regarding the predictions made using the simulation app discussed in the book, hurricane Harvey for example veered from its course and targeted a smart city - Houston. Same with two other hurricanes in Florida during that calendar year. When components of the home-wellness program like early evacuations (involving powering down of the smart-city and hence less internet/smartphone usage leading to less electromagnetic waves) were ordered in certain cities during one such hurricane, it stalled and veered from course.
During the '60s, plastics was the hottest profession. It is just now that we are learning about its negative effects, including cancer. Internet is the hottest profession today. Similar to plastics and smoking, we are discovering its side effects but have become so addicted that we ignore the labels on directions for use even though it harms us. The national IT roadmap for remote blood monitoring proposed in 2008 could have also helped achieve personalized medicine and universal health-care coverage for eastern medicine like food, travel, exercise, music, prayers and so on for a fraction of what it would cost today.
Drawing on Einstein's famous e = mc2 equation, the book demonstrates how increase in economic stimulus (c2) is reducing the life (m) of our planet. The simulation uses data collected since 9/11 and is based on two critical dimensions of Einstein's work, namely, space and time. Scientists and climate change experts have been saying the planet may have only thirty years remaining before it becomes uninhabitable, hence this book. It can still help reduce deficits and extend our planet's life by another one hundred years.
